Challenge

To refresh Ventrica's existing brand identity that lacked connection to their customers. Evolving the brand into a more modern, playful and expressive identity that resonates with their services provided.

Solution

CORE's solution was to create a bold, identifiable brand and symbol with meaning. This helps to form a connection with Ventrica's customers, while positioning them as as market leader in CX. The brand is flexible and allows for easy application across a variety of digital and print touchpoints.

A whole new meaning to ventrica

Our goal was to add meaning to Ventrica's new symbol, focusing on communication which plays a large role in emotive CX. We took inspiration from Morse code and other communication impressions to create a bold and playful symbol.

Creating an expressive identity

We introduced a bold colourful palette that that was accessible and flexible to breathe life into Ventrica's identity. The palette was carefully selected to create an emotional impact that is representative of their emotive CX offerings, while also allowing them to stand out amongst competitors in their vertical.

Designing every touchpoint

To accompany this modern and geometric style of logo we developed a typographic style that is simple and elegant. We chose a bold serif typeface that complements the bold colour palette, yet creates a feminine, emotive touch. The combination of these two contrasting design approaches allows the brand to be playful, yet serious.

To make Ventrica stand out in the market we looked to inject vibrancy and playfulness into the application, making use of their powerful new identity to make impactful designs that visually communicate their evolving capabilities as a leader in emotive CX.
